Don’t judge, understand instead. More smiling, less worrying. More compassion, less judgment. More blessed, less stressed. More love, less hate. Do what is right, not what is easy nor what is popular. The past is a place of reference, not a place of residence; the past is a place of learning, not a place of living. No amount of regretting can change the past, and no amount of worrying can change the future. Start each day with a positive thought and a grateful heart. Be thankful for everything that happens in your life; it’s all an experience. Sometimes you have to lose all you have to find out who you truly are. To have what you have never had, you have to do what you have never done. Being grateful does not mean that everything is necessarily good. It just means that you can accept it as a gift.
