How to Crack Eggs Perfectly (Without Getting any shells in your batter!)


Ever crack your eggs and get shells into your
batter? Watch this video to see how to properly crack
your eggs. So I notice that a lot of times when I watch
videos of people cracking their eggs, they usually use the edge of the bowl. So there’s nothing wrong with cracking it
on the edge of your bowl, but what happens is that a lot of smaller cracks are formed
which makes it more likely for bits of the shell to fall out or get attached to your
egg white. So what you should do is crack your egg on
a flat surface such as your counter or your table. And this creates a larger crack into your
egg and makes it less likely for you to get any shell into your batter. So there you have it, a really quick tip on
